How do I redeem a Gift Certificate?

When you purchase a Gift Certificate or River Club Membership with Elora Raft Rides, we will send you an email containing a unique Gift Code or Membership Number, depending on your purchase. Using this code is easy:

• When making a booking, visit the appropriate page for the type of boat hire you wish to book.
• Click the "Book Now" button to the right of the calendar widget on the product page. This will display a popup panel where you make your selections for 1-7 or 8 Adults etc.
• Click the link at the bottom of the panel for "Apply Code or Voucher". Enter your code in this text field (without any spaces, but including the dashes) and our system will automatically apply your discount or gift value.

Redeeming in person or on the phone?  Have your code ready, and we can enter it for you when we create your booking.

How are percentage discounts calculated?

Your discount code provides the stated percentage off of Walk-Up rates. This percentage is a total discount, so for online bookings where the price is already discounted (i.e. eReserves are already 10% off) then the actual percentages are added together for a total. This means, for examples, that a discount of approximately 12% is added to the already discounted eReserve price, for a total of 20% off. If there are no actual Walk-Up rates for a given booking item we will still give you the discount for that 12%, so it makes advance booking for things like Custom Cruises a great deal!
